Clearance Certificate

I started a process of debt removal with Wealthtec but even today i am still waiting for my Clearance Certificate, End of September i paid the amount they charged me for the process. now i am the one who is calling i always speak to Karabo then she will do follow up with the Debt Counsellor while i'm on hold but the debt counsellor will come up with the same story that she is not in the office its been more than 3 times, waiting for the update...
