16 Jan 2026, 10:03Dear Wealthtec Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a follow-up complaint regarding the unreasonable and ongoing delay in issuing my Debt Review Clearance Certificate, despite multiple engagements and assurances from your team.
I previously raised this matter through HelloPeter, where a manager from your organization contacted me directly. During that call, I was assured that this issue would be resolved promptly and that my clearance certificate would be issued. Unfortunately, several weeks have passed, and the matter remains unresolved.
I have fully comp**** with all requirements and have submitted all requested documentation to support the issuance of my clearance certificate. This continued delay is prejudicing me financially and emotionally, as I am unable to move forward with my credit profile and personal financial planning.
I hereby request:
1. Immediate issuance of my Debt Review Clearance Certificate, or
2. A written explanation clearly outlining the reason for the delay and a definitive resolution date.
Should this matter not be resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint further to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and other relevant oversight bodies.
I trust that this matter will now be treated with the seriousness and urgency it deserves.
Kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide feedback within 48 hours.
