Bad service

This company is bad, they take debi checks before doing any work, they have taken R4300 from my account, knowing that all the creditors will also debit my account, they left me without money at the end of the day, now I must wait 10 days for them to refund me. At first when they wanted to take the money, they called 2 times per day and send whatsapps, now they don't answers on whatsapp and I have to wait long to get through to them, they don't answer on my emails.
