Angry and disappointed.

In October 2025, I was contacted by one of your representatives, Lesego Teffo, who assured me that he would assist in having some of my old debts prescribed. During that discussion, I clearly instructed that any debit orders should only commence in January 2026. I was informed that the system could not accommodate a 2026 start date at that time, but I was assured that I would be contacted in December to adjust the debit date accordingly.

However, I was not contacted as promised. Instead, on 15 December, an amount of R3,000 was deducted from my account without my authorization for that date.

I subsequently engaged with Valentia Hadebe, who assured me that I would receive a refund by 5 January 2026. Later, Bella Monyamane informed me that the refund request had been declined, and furthermore, that the deducted funds were not being allocated toward any of my debts, which raises serious concerns.

I have since cancelled the contract. Despite this, deductions are still being made from my account by their legal representatives. Additionally, I was informed by Lesego Teffo that I will not be refunded for legal fees, without any valid explanation.

Lesego Teffo called me on 24 March 2026 to acknowledge his mistake, and I'm supposed to take it.

Worst experience ever!
