Unreachable

Hi I've been a client of wealthnet/stratequity for almost a decade now, am trying to contact their call center, no answer. I've emailed them no replies. Last I left a message on their website page and I've received a automatic email stating they will call me shortly, even today no calls or email I've received. Last time I got their attention was last year February and I told the consultant that I want to sell my empowerment then he told me that I must draft a letter to them and fax it. Even today that fax is not going thru and that consultant by the name of Mbuso his emails are no longer going plus his calls. Please assist
