Selling of my shares

I have been trying yo sell my shares with wealthnet and they are simply refusing. I have requested to talk to someone in their complaint department they said I must send an email, after a month of sending an e mail no one bothers to revert back to me, but they keep deducting money from my account. I was saving the funds for my children education but the ****** that they are they dont give a damn about us
