Poor service from wealnet

I bought shares for myself and my two daughters. I made this investment so I could use the money for their schooling. I have been trying to sell my shares with Wealth net and all i have been getting is one story after another. I have been calling the call centre and also sending e-mails but am not getting a positive response. I just want my money.
