Difficulty in Selling Shares

These are ******, i sold my shares in January but, even up o now, there are still not able to tell when exactly will we get our money back. i will advise everyone to block the transactions debit orders from happening from their banks, i did the same and now they sending me smses to pay my account, how do they expect you to be loyal when all you can hear about them is complaints.
