Extreme poor quality Barron denim overalls and service.

In June this year our company bought 15 Barron denim overalls to the value of R4275.00 on behalf of our staff from Weskaap Safety & Protective Gear (Pty) Ltd, Brackenfell. Within one week the overalls started to tear and holes appeared. The first one was replaced free of charge where their rep admitted they received a batch with inferior quality material. When the rest was returned, many excuses were uttered and continuously the buck was passed, not to replace or refund. Then phone calls were ignored and e-mails without substance sent in reply to our numerous attempts to solve the matter. At this moment, they are in possession of 14 of our overalls which they refuse to refund, bordering theft or *****, thus leaving our staff with the loss of their hard earned money.
