WE TRADE PROPERTY - Terrible service

<div>We Trade property is a **** of a company. be warned. I rented a property from then from May 2022 - August 2023. When I wanted to move out, I gave my notice to vacate mid July 2023, immediately the agent ++++ started putting pressure on me to leave the premises as soon as possible. By the 20th of August she was already demanding the keys. I moved out of their premises on the 26th of August, they refused to refund me for the 5 days that I was not on the premises. furthermore, they deducted an exorbitant amount from the deposit claiming it was for cleaning, even though I toughly cleaned the place before leaving. Their policy is to refund the tenant within 7-14, but they do not adhere to this policy, you will be refunded when they feel like it. They stopped answering my calls, texts and emails. It will be a mission to get them to respond to any of your queries. Even prior to moving out, whenever the flat had issues that required a plumber, they do not send one. You will be doing the maintenance and upkeeping of the property on your own. the only correspondence from them is demanding money. Nothing more. Beware of We Trade Property and avoid the at all cost. dealing with them is exhausting. they will give you sleepless nights. Horrible services from agents down to admin staff.</div>
