We Trade Property- horribly service

I don't even know where to begin. I will be short. I bought a house this and We Trade Property was in charge of everything, like Plumber, Electricity, etc. When I bought the house they said everything is working perfectly fine only to find out that the house is leaking (I didn't have a problem with that I fixed it) few days after I noticed that the Geyser is also leaking. I couldn't help It I immediately made a contact with the Agency, he said i must call the Plumber guys after so many attempts eventually the Plumber people came. They said the Geyser was working when they left it in Feb 2022- lying because there was no power from the box to the Geyser (Electrician guy said there was something wrong with the connection- hence the Geyser was not working).

So it was very clear from the begging that the geyser never worked, because if it was working as they claim, how can a geyser work without power? If the Geyser was working they would've seen that it's leaking.

I sent an email to "We Trade Property" and guess what until now I haven't heard anything from them except one email from the Finance lady. They treat me as if they are doing me a favor, none of them want to take accountability. Imagine moving in a new home now I have to buy a new Geyser. They are very unprofessional, let alone they service its horrible.
