Even though notice was given on time, WTP still went ahead and debited my bank account with a full month's rent, pushing my account into the red and causing other debit orders to bounce. Texts, WhatsApps, phone calls and emails are ignored. Not an apology or suggestion as to how to fix this. I returned the debit order at a cost of R35 and am happy that I don't ever have to deal with them again.
