Unprofessional, unreliable and full of schemes behind the scenes

I was looking for an investment property. Initially the agent was frienly and chatty. Later I presented a cash offer, she acted very disappointed and even said that she was. Quite unprofessional. The offer was accepted and we agreed to use my attorney which the agent insulted numerous times. Probably because she new she was not going to get her commission before registration. She even suggested that I find a tenant before registration and pay occupational rent. Where in the world? She insisted on a loophole in my offer to purchase wich overrulled my offer in the end after it has been accepted. But not after they refused to present me with the new offer to purchase from the new buyer wich is a condition in their own contract. To me it is just lack of ethics an general good business. I would not recommend this company due the way they treat buyes and personal lawyers as well as their insistance on loophole contracts. If you want a house that this company advertises, find another real estate company to reach out to the seller. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, rude and will do anything to overrule you as a buyer to save their own commission.
