Real estate agency WE TRADE PROPERTY
This is only my experience with WE TRADE PROPERTY WESTLAKE based on a property I rented through them as a first time renter, nothing more. I was looking for a place as a layover between the sale of my old and purchase of my new property. I wanted the transition to be fun for my kids so looked specifically for a property with a pool. So with that in mind, I over looked that the property had no security system, no garage for parking, no burglar bars, no bath, etc..On the day of viewing the property the pool was green and in a terrible condition, Mearle, the agent for WE TRADE PROPERTY promised that the pool would be "sparkling" by the next day as she was obtaining quotes. Only after 3 weeks of constantly requesting updates was the pool water clear but in the interim me and my family suffered sleepless nights due to the mosquito infestation caused by the stagnant water. I had to pay doctors bills because my little one was allergic to the bites and purchase deterrents to fend off the mosquitoes. The property itself was in a poor state as we found out soon enough. The plumbing had an odour and makeshift setup which is very evident only when opening the kitchen cupboards. Blocked toilets require a on hand plunger, ew! There are german coackroaches in the cottage, for which I was asked to collect a photo.....gross! I requested compensation for poor living conditions and was met with a concern call from Mearle only on the day before rent was due. The call went something like, if you do not pay your invoice on the 1st you will get an LOD which will affect your application for your homeloan which will be declined. I did not say I would not pay the invoice, I only requested fair compensation so I don't understand the need to threaten me! WE TRADE PROPERTY AND MEARLE do not assist tenants with their rights or care how they put them up....again this is my personal experience for this past 4 weeks. The worst part is that there are no pool maintenance equipment on the premises and no callouts by a pool servicing vendor, so needless to say the pool returned to its poor state in less than 2 weeks. My messages are met with little to no responses even after escalating to the manager Ronhel. I paid their invoices on time so my concerns are obviously irrelevant.</div>
