********* behaviour from rental agent

Pumla Kema from We Trade Property is my rentaal agent dor a property in Kidds Beach. The tenant moved in in June 2023 and she held the deposit for repairs that needed to happen. Till now, I haven't received the remainder of the deposit and the repairs are not done. I usually receive the rent on the 7th of the month and this month, August 2023, I have not received my rent. She has been telling me that the tenant has not paid and last weekend i decided to call the tenant. The tenant paid the rent on time and she used the money for her own personal things. Now she is not picking up my calls, she responds on whatsapp saying she is waiting for the rent to clear. I am disappointed and want my money.
