Difective Ford Fiesta by WesellCars Midlands

Yesterday Me and my beautiful Wife went to this branch to choose our first car and as we have been viewing this cars for a long time on their website,we then decided to visit this branch.

Looked around and eventually fell in love with this blue Ford Fiesta 1.4. Test drove it in a short distance and we were convinced. Paid for it and after we paid for it the guy who was helping us (Thabo Monyeki) told us that I'll get car papers as soon as I forwarded through proof of residence, which we agreed to do. We told him we new nothing with cars and requested he insures that everything is OK and he told us all was OK with car.

We then took the car to the nearest filling station, poured petrol and we went straight home. When we drove Bronkhorspruit, the car started loosing power and the red engine oil light started to blink and heat gage was above red. We then noticed some of something burning. We then stopped to check if it had enough oil and oil was very low,and had no water. Called the who helped us to request for assistance but he said there was nothing he could as it was late,so we were on our own. We tried stopping passing cars to request for help, and eventually got water, drove slowly to the nearest garage to get more oil and water but the car kept on loosing power. Checked under the car,Radiator leaked and the water tank was boiling like a kettle, checked for spare wheel incase we hit a pot hole,no spare was found and the ticket on car keys mentioned that there was a spare key.

I had to ask some guy to tow us back home after we had stopped 7 times on the highway.

Called Thabo this morning to query about car but he said I should speak to Malcolm the Manager. I called Malcolm explained my problem and His 1st answer was there's nothing he could do as they sell the cars as they are. My question was,why don't they mention to clients that the cars have problem before customer makes payment? And I even asked what am I supposed to do with this car as its not running? And he said He he'll give me a call after lunch but he never did it's almost 15:30 now.

I want this car fixed or be replaced and if can't replace it, give me back my R58,000.00

I shall wait for your reply eagerly.
