SOLD CODE 3 CAR as a Second Hand Car - Car Can't pass roadworthy

We bought a White BMW 320i from this dealership in June of 2023 for R100 000. One (1) week after we bought this car we noticed all sorts of faults - from the gearbox that was faulty to the engine. After inspection it was found that this car was in a severe accident and that the car was either never s****ped or re-coded. This was never mentioned to us. We have reported this to MIOSA and after almost 4 months of investigation we just can't get any answers back. They took the money of an 18 year old girl - R100 000.00 - and gave her a piece of metal that is not even able to pass a roadworthy test. Don't buy from this dealership at all. We paid R25 000.00 over the actual value of R75 000 book value as the car as was sold to us as a low mileage vehicle, ideal for a young ladies first car which is extremely trustworthy and now we can't get a response from anybody.
