Disgusting lies and deceipt

I got my car back on the 2 January 2020 with a broken back bumper, when I spoke to Danie I was told that they would get me a new bumper, I have an old car you don't get bumpers for her anymore, he has been looking for a bumper ever since, I get told with lockdown they been having not jet started working, funny thing about not being open I get quoted to park my car, why lie. I asked for the bosses number to which I was told they can't give his number out.
