We Move It
The worst experience I have ever had. I have chosen the best option available which included packing, blankets, bubble and pellet wrapping. 1st July scheduled for wrapping and 2nd July for packing & moving. 2nd July they arrived at 09h00 but, did nothing and when asked when they will be starting, I was informed that they were waiting for the 8-ton truck for bubble- and pellet wrapping. I then gave them a roll of my bubble wrapping to start the process. The 8-ton truck only arrived at10h15. Basically, half of the furniture wasn't bubble wrapped and the as for the shuttle and 8-ton truck they didn't have enough space whereby I had to organise another storage company to collect the rest of my goods on 3 July. Monday 6 July, I went to We Move Its premises and my furniture were standing in the yard. I immediately had my furniture removed from their storage facility to another facility. Trying to contact them know is just absolutely impossible. Never make use of this company as it will be your biggest mistake ever. They take your money, but that is what it is all about, as there is no pride in service delivery whatsoever.

Very worried!
I hope someone can assist me. We have a small load of 10 boxes and 5 suitcases. It was picked up in Bloemfontein 30 May and was suppose to be delivered in SWELLENDAM 2-4 June. We still haven't received our delivery. Everyday they promise today. Then there are always excuse why it hasn't been delivered. Waiting for something else. Truck broke. Driver too tired. And we get different answers from different people. Truck is on its way. No it hasn't left Caote Town yet. It's standing in Worcester. I really don't know what to do now. Today is 20 June. Must I contact the Police? Please help.

Really anxious about the move from a remote area in Eastern Cape to Durban. The movers were experienced, organized and pleasant. They in were on time fetching and dropping the load off. Thank to Mike who was very patient. Thanks WE MOVE IT!!
