Good service all around

The process of picking a date and time for our move was very easy. Ashley was helpful, informative, and always rep**** to our communications immediately. The service was very good.

The 3 movers were helpful, friendly, and cautious (for the most part) when loading our furniture. The delivery truck was smaller than we had anticipated, though. We tried to find a solution with the movers, who phoned the head office. Their solution was to offer us an extra truck - at extra cost. In the end, we had to make a second round-trip with our cars to move everything to avoid extra costs. If we had moved further away (e.g. to another province) it would have been a big problem. It would be great if they could more accurately tell you how big the van is that you are renting and whether your specific furniture will fit...

Overall, the experience was good, and next time we will know to get a bigger truck.
