BAD SERVICE - ACTUALLY NO SERVICE

They say that they cant get hold of U to deliver parcel so returning it to the depot ,1st day No Driver at the gate , or no call on call log to Proof it , 2nd day they sent out same message when U call them they say driver is not out on delivery today , but just use the same sms as the day before , numerous calls emails , watsapps they don't assist , I have all the proof ,

they are not worth using , most people warned Us about them , wont be using them any time soon --Reminder still waiting my parcel
