We Move International Removals Company

On the 3rd of January 2020 I have excepted a quote from Denver at We Move International Removal Company. On the 7th of January a revised quote was received from Denver and on the 8th references was received on which I have paid a 50% deposit and made a booking towards the move on which Denver acknowledged receipt their off. Until then the communication was swift and professional. Unfortunately I could not continue with the move and on the 21st of January the company was informed of the same and a reply was received on the 23rd of January claiming that the information for a refund was send to their financial department. Several mails has been send to their representative Denver for the refund with zero replies. If ever I would consider moving they will be the one moving company I will not make contact with
