"We required the services of We Mov It for a relocation from Johannesburg to Eastern Cape. Initially, the service seemed promising, but it ended disastrously. The 10-ton truck provided was insufficient for our furniture, leading to the need for an extra trailer, for which I paid a premium. Unfortunately, the trailer lacked a waterproof cover, resulting in our boxes and furniture getting soaked during the rain on the journey.

Worse yet, the crew stopped to pick up other customers' furniture due to a truck breakdown. As a result, my belongings were stuffed in haphazardly, leading to extensive damage: glass shelves shattered, a dressing table broke in half, my brand new cane furniture was ruined and book case the shelves were completely broken due to, too much pressure.

Throughout this ordeal, there was no acknowledgment of the issues from the company, leaving me frustrated with their lack of concern. I was assured that they would claim damages through in-transit insurance, but as of the end of February 2025, I have yet to receive any updates or communication. Absolutely shocking!!!

Given this experience, I cannot recommend We Mov It."
