Items kept at depot with no plan of return to owner

After not delivering my items completely for 16 days,with many of them broken,with no amends made except a sorry,this company refuses to return an item of mine(gas cylinder) still in Johannesburg (Im in Cape Town now) and wants me to fetch it from their jhb depot myself,even thought they were the ones who loaded it onto the truck and said it was fine for transport,until they decided it wasn’t.They have no remorse and should something go wrong with your items,all you will get it a sorry.Don’t hire these people.
