Appalling Service and Gross Negligence – Avoid at All Costs!

Our experience with We Move It has been nothing short of appalling. The level of gross negligence and unprofessionalism displayed during my recent move is completely unacceptable. 1. Extensive Damage: Almost all my furniture arrived damaged or destroyed, including a shattered marble table, scratched and water-damaged dining chairs, destroyed wooden furniture, and lamps that were shredded beyond use. My Karachi carpet was used as a filthy truck liner, further showing a shocking lack of care. 2. Lack of Professionalism: The company failed to exercise proper care and responsibility in their processes, which has caused me significant financial and emotional distress. Basic safeguards that one would expect from a moving company were evidently not followed. 3. Poor Communication and Accountability: Instead of addressing my concerns, the company dismissed their responsibility, claiming goods were moved “at my own risk.” This does not excuse the appalling carelessness in handling my belongings.

We Move It markets itself as a reputable company, but my experience proves otherwise. I strongly advise against using their services if you value your belongings and peace of mind. This has been one of the most stressful and costly experiences of my life. STAY AWAY!!
