3 weeks and still no delivery..has it been ******?

Avoid at all costs. The company advertises delivery in 2 to 5 days. It has been 3 weeks now, and we have only received excuses and false promises. We had just a simple removal of a few boxes from Joburg to the Cape. I am wondering if we will ever receive our property or we should just write it off as ****** and go to the police.
