PATHETIC BUSINESS DON'T EVEN BOTHER

<p>This man runs his business like a complete amateur. Got a referral to use him paid him as per his requirements. Shower screen started to crack (tempered glass) and had to wait more than a month to get a hold of him. He ignored my calls emails and online inquiries via his website. He gave me pathetic excuse after excuse why he could not come to fetch the screen and send it for repairs. Now after my constant pestering he has taken my screen only to not returned it as he promised. I cant get ahold of him to find out whats going on, He is a ******* and an absolute nightmare to do businesss with. I hope other people never have to go through this. How can you take someones money and not stand true to your 1 year guarantee policy and provide zero customer service. A waste of time , definitely do not recommend anyone in Cape Town uses this man for shower accessories. </p>
