Empty promise

We Heat and Smile 90.4 had a charity drive where they granted wishes to listeners they selected. I wrote in to grand a wish for my folks to grand them a geaser. On national radio my wish was granted, by Smile and We heat would supply and install the geaser.

After numerous calls, emails, nothing was done. Every time Jon the owner of We Heat said he would come on this dates, but nothing ever happend. I spoke to Lois from smile a few time on email, but she is also no responding to my mails any more.

So if we heat did not want to do it, why say yes and get the free publicity on radio, and then dont deliver.
