WORST SERVICE EVER.

On the 8th of February i ordered a ring from We Heart This Online store. I paid for the ring, then one week went by and i haven't heard anything from them, or received my order. I then saw on their website that my order hasn't been paid for. I contacted them regarding the issue, after one week, it was sorted out and they said my order will be delivered. 2 weeks of emails sent, facebook messages, instagram messages, they kept on ignoring me. Eventually when i sent them a message and said i am going to take legal steps, because the store is a **** and *****s peoples money, they rep**** saying sorry they didn't receive any messages from me and they will send me an apology gift for the wait, (second time) they said that to me. after one month i finally got my refund. This store caused that i will NEVER buy anything online. Wish i read comments and reviews earlier, there are lots of other people who were also complaining of no communication and paying for goods they never received. ******.
