<p>I placed an order for a friend's birthday on the 4th of January. I have made numerous enquiries regarding the delivery. At first they did respond and said the order was on its way and would be delivered on the afternoon of the 13. I contacted my friend in Pretoria and she'd had not received anything. (I live in Australia) Since then I have sent them numerous messages via email and Facebook with no response. The fact that they have no telephonic contact details is a frustration and only confirms my conclusion that this company is a ****!</p>
