Pathetic service and poor quality product

<p>I placed an order for a ring I had wanted for a long time. The order was received in good time with a complimentary matching pair of earrings. I was extremely thrilled and wore both the very same day! Byt the end of the day when I was taking off my jewellry, I noticed that the coating was already peeling off of the ring and it was turning black!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I paid R215 for a "rose gold plated" ring that couldnt even hold up a day?! Really if I wanted something of that quality I could have gotten it for R10 at our local China Mall.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />After numerous emails and messages on Facebook, 3 weeks ago all i received was an apology and a promise that the ring would be replaced, to date I have received nothing, nor have I been contacted by anyone to make arrangements to have the replacement ring sent to me.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />This kind of service is appauling and it is no way to run a successful business! Communication is key! For a business that sends out emails about promotions every other day, how is it that they cannot find the time to reply to mine?</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am not one to complain about quality or service as I am always very patient but this was just too disappointing for me to be quiet about!</p>
