Extremely poor service and lack of delivery/refund

I placed an order with We Heart This on 4 August 2015. All items were listed as in stock and the courier was expected to take a few days. By 24 August, I had not received my order and sent them three emails over the next week, enquiring about my order. They eventually rep**** and said that one outstanding item (a purse) was holding up the rest of my order, and they decided to send the other items in the meantime. They said they would send the purse when it arrived, along with a gift to apologise for the delay.<br> <br> I have still not received the purse or any updates about what is going on, despite sending a Facebook message (which they seem to have deleted off their page) and nine emails. I have requested a refund four times. They answered me twice (albeit late), both times requesting my banking details for an immediate refund. I sent my banking details twice and got no response and no refund.<br> <br> I find this behaviour to be ******* and *********.
