1.5 months and still waiting for delivery

<p>I ordered items from We Heart This on 2 September and after numerous emails and messages I got a response to say they never had stock of the earings but would deliver the rest of the goods. Needless to say 3 weeks later no reimbur*****t and no delivery!</p> <p>UNACCEPTABLE!</p>
