Disappointed Customer

On the 1st March 2019, I called Jacques Oneill to ask for advice on my pool pump not working , he advised that the suction line was the problem. He quoted me R6000 and said he would do the job for R5000 because I was a good customer.He requested 50% deposit which I drew cash and gave him . He then came out on a Saturday and I left him alone to continue to repair the pump. On Sunday I check and seen that only a new top was fitted where the pump is . I called Jacques on Sunday and requested him to provide details of the work carried out. When I said no repairs were done, he tried to justify his work . After many telephone calls and WhatsApp messages which I have , he agreed to refund the total amount of R2500 . Thereafter he sent an invoice stating that he would refund only R1300 because of the Labour . I have called him several times and also sent many WhatsApp messages he always has excuses, finally he said he does not have the money. My experience with dealing with the Jacques has been unpleasant and has raised questions on his credibility and his honesty. I noticed that he is very scaptical when it comes to the people his dealing with ,he expects you to trust him , but he does not trust you. I would like to bring awareness to people regarding this organisation. Unfortunately I have already given him two references before he completed the work, which I am now regretting. I will not do business with this company, they make promises they cannot keep and provide disappointing service. All I want is to be refunded, as he gave me his word. I would like to raise awareness, Please be careful of this business and it’s owner Jacques O neill of We Fix Pools of 1 Without Street Weltervreden Park . Nad Pillay
