We Fix It (Does Not Fix It)

We have sent our xbox to We Fix to replace the HDMI port. After waiting 2 weeks the first time, it came back with no sound. We had to send it back again, waiting another 2 weeks. The second time it came back without any image, so we send it back again. Waiting another 2 weeks. After having it for 4 days, the HDMI port is broken again. They should not be in the industry, as they have the worst service and outcome ever.
