Poor service at we fix it

They book in my phone and I rejected the quote and they fixed it they want me to pay for something I rejected and they are saying I accepted the quote but they are failing to give proof of me accepting the quote because I did give them the proof that I rejected the quote and all of this happened in February and it may now without my phone poor service no one is getting back to me
