PATHETIC service

Woodmead branch had had our I Pad for 6 MONTHS now!! First claimed that they never received it, then they miraculously found it, but now to try get it back from them is a different story. Every excuse possible and they don’t reply to emails or answer their phones. DONT ever use this pathetic bunch! The other iPads which we have previously had fixed by them are all still broken, after apparently being fixed....
