We Find Cars

I purchased a vehicle from WeFindCars (financed through MFC) at the end of January 2023. A week or two after I collected the vehicle, I took it for a service and Hyundai informed me that the car was salvaged and has had some major repairs that were not on record (which led to them saying that this could cause my warranty to become void). I notified WeFindCars immediately. I even found out that it sold at an auction at some stage

Since notifying them in early Feb, they have promised to take the car back and put me in a new vehicle (which they then said they cannot afford to do), and they followed up with another promise that they will fix the car, however they have done nothing. There's a lot wrong with the car ranging from headlights, to suspension, to engine problems. The car has broken down twice now in November, and remains in this condition at the time of this being written. I currently do not have any transport and am paying almost R7000 a month for a car that is unusable.

I have been getting no communication from the dealership. They ignore my calls, emails and texts. I was promised a car in perfect condition that was supposed to last me the next 5 years, however I was sold the opposite.
