Bad Service and bad workmanship!!!

i took my wife's car for a new windscreen and the guy had excuses for days so eventually they said they will come to my house when they got there they had no tools so they borrowed most of my tools, the car was very dirty so the next day after 9am like the installer said we can go and wash it the windscreen was leaking badly and we also saw that the wipers was damages and the rubber around the windscreen as well as paint scratched around the window, Schalk that is in charge but never answers his phone eventually come to pick up the car to get fixed and returned that same day and said that they only fixed the leaking window and that he will come next week to fit the new wipers and paint etc its now 3 weeks later he doesnt answer his phone at all when i message him he say tomorrow or thursday but never pitches. this is unacceptable and if this is not sorted out this week i WILL hand it over to my attorney.
