Bad service

I've never had such a bad experience with any company. The communication is terrible and I keep be transferred from the one consultant to a another. It's been 4 months now and my enquiry and problem as never been clearly investigated.i just get "we will get back to you sir" for the last 4 months. I'm starting to regret my decision for trusting this company.
