We Don't Care Refrigeration repairs

Repair guy came out on Saturday, 2 Mar'19. Bottom freezer was icing over. Rest of the fridge was running g fine. Did a complete repair and was paid R1750 cash. The freezer is still freezing over and now the fridge itself is not cooking at all. My calls are being ignored and no one is assisting me.
