WE CARE REFRIGERATION IS A ****!

We Care Refrigeration Repair is a ****! The man is called Denzel or I believe also calls himself Mo. His number is ***. He has a website which looks professional with the web address *** but unfortunately they have turned out to NOT be a legitimate repair company. He says one of his repair men will come out to see you. Turns out it is him who comes out to 'repair' your fridge but does not actually fix it. He gives you a 6 month guarantee but after you have paid in full + try to contact him, he becomes evasive. He did not fix my fridge at all, so after many calls to him on my part, he finally said he will organize a refund for me, but now says his 'boss' (apparently someone called Dewalt), must approve it. I do not think this so called 'boss' exists. So now I have paid him over R1000 and I am still sitting with a broken fridge and he has made no attempt to give me a refund. Now he is not answering my calls at all. I am most distressed by what happened with We Care refrigeration Repair. Denzel is not honouring his word either to fix my fridge or to refund me. Therefore he must be a ******* + has cheated me out of a lot of money! I am very upset. Do not use We Care Refridgeration. It is a ****!!!
