They have no idea what they're doing. The technician came out to my place on 3 occasions and the fridge is still not working.

When I asked Mark for a full refund, he stopped responding to my messages. They charge exorbitant fees and we paid cause we didn't want to buy a new fridge... What a waste of good hard earned money... They have no clue what to do.
