This guy is ****. Called him to rehash my refrigerator. Said it needs to be flushed and then regased. Which we paid him R1000 for the job. When I asked him for an invoice he told me he will send it to me when he gets back to the office (which I’m still waiting for 4 days later). He gave me a 6 month warranty on the job done. The very next day I called him to tell him the refrigerator is still not working and he promised to come out and have a look. It is now 3 days later and I’m still waiting for him. He doesn’t answer my calls anymore unless I call from different numbers and he promises to come by and have a look at the problem and he also doesn’t respond to my WhatsApp messages. During one of my conversation with him I told him I am going to report him to the Consumer Council. His response was “ reporting him to the consumer council is not going to make a difference to him.
