Bad service and problem not fixed

Called out for regassing on a fridge. Upon arrival said that nothing is wrong with the gas but needs cleaning. Cleaned, paid him but the fridge is still not working. Sent messages, no response. Called again and apparently is waiting on a part. It's a pensioner and paid him already and is still not working! Very bad to treat pensioners this way! Life is expensive and for old people to loose their money like this is not fair!
