We Care Refrigeration couldn’t care less

We Care Refrigeration reacted promptly to a call out request. That was all they did right. They said (I wasn’t there) that they re-gassed my built-in fridges - but that turned out not to be true. And they said they would be back in 2 days to complete a repairs to a door. They charged R3,550 Five weeks later I’m waiting still. In the meanwhile I have had at least 10 promises of immediate action, but nothing yet. Then I got another firm that did all the work (actually really did it) within a few hours of getting the call out; and charged R2,800. Well, there you have it. Save yourself the anguish - don’t deal with them.
