**** | DO NOT use them

I was ****med out of my R15 000 washing machine and lost R1 000 in cash I gave to them. I’ve let them know the control board of the washing machine is broken. They knew to bring a new one which they did not. They came out the morning – look at the washing machine and said they need to take it back to their office to fix and will bring back the washing machine the afternoon once fixed. Initially I was quote R1 450 to fix the washing machine after which I get an invoice of R2 100. I paid R1 000 and said they get the rest when they deliver the washing machine. Day after day for about a week I was told my washing machine is out for delivery and will be returned before COB. I never until today received my washing machine back. I’ve opened a case at the police station but no news yet. This is now almost two months. DO NOT use these people. They are ****mers and will ***** your appliance and there is nothing you can do to get it back.
