We Care Gardens / Appliances (PTY) Ltd shocking service

We Care Gardens / Appliances 247 (PTY) Ltd repaired my AEG Freezer on 13 October 2021. They charged me R4,200.00 including VAT for the repair. The freezer is not functioning after the repairman was called back. We Care Garden / Appliances 247 (PTY) Ltd offered to collect the freezer on Saturday at 4pm, we are still waiting for them to collect the freezer and they are ignoring our telephone calls.
