Despite guaranteed service, this does not happen

Our initial dealing with this company was good as they came out on the same day to repair our Bosch Fridge/freezer. Payment was made the same day., the work was guaranteed for 6 months. Had to call them out a few days later as another problem had occurred., after they 'fixed' the first one This is when I battled to get service. Numerous calls followed and they did eventually come out and fix. A few days later the original problem occurred. Todate after numerous calls - 14, sms's, emails I am STILL waiting for them to come back. Also requested a Damage Report from them which they said had been sent, which was not! Do not use this Company if you need follow up calls as this does not happen. They say they will send someone out but this never happens. I have now had to get someone else in to sort out the problem, which I paid them to do. Extremely disappointing and out of pocket pensioner.
