This is a ****! Do not use them! “Mark” sent us an invoice immediately on assessing the fridge under 10mins. He then proceeded to request R3080 from me. After which he fixed the fridge in 15 mins - he and his technician apparently re-gassed the fridge, change the filter and replaced the motor. SURPRISE the next day the fridge is still not working. I called and they told me it takes 24 hours. They even had the audacity to come out again to double check their “work”, which they confirmed was excellent and I needed to be patient. After three days my fridge is still not working. BUT This is the shocking part... I then asked another company to assess the fridge - an actual Hisense technician (which in hindsight I should have gone to first). This technician tells me that “Mark” or whatever his real name is and his apparently reputable business “We care Refrigeration” have done nothing. My old motor (full of dust) is still in the fridge. WILD!!! Be warned! These guys have various websites. Same format. But they’re the same guy. BE WARNED! Check reviews, I didn’t and now I’m R3080 poorer with a broken fridge!
